Once the subscription is cancelled, your data will be deleted from our servers within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, unless a legal obligation requires its retention for a longer period.
Certain information may be retained in anonymized form for statistical and service improvement purposes, without the ability to identify the Client individually. Billing and financial transaction records will be retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
8. Minors
LabsChats Services are not directed at persons under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, we will proceed to delete such information from our records immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that a minor under your care has provided us with personal information, please contact us promptly.
