What is an AI Chat?
An AI Chat is all the interactions with a single unique contact during a 30-day cycle. Whether the contact messages 1 or 50 times in that cycle, it counts as 1 AI Chat. A new cycle starts and the counter resets.
What happens if I exceed my AI Chat limit?
You receive automatic alerts at 70%, 80%, 90% and 95% of usage. At 100% the bot is paused immediately. You can buy a prepaid top-up from your panel and the bot resumes instantly.
Do prices include taxes?
In Guatemala, GTQ prices include 12% VAT. In other countries, USD prices are invoiced under export regime (no local taxes).
How does the 7-day guarantee work?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, we refund 100% of your subscription. It does not apply to professional services already delivered.
What about the 24-hour grace period?
When your cycle ends and you haven't renewed, the bot keeps running for 24 hours. If you don't renew within the grace period, it pauses automatically. This grace does not apply to the AI Chat limit (at 100% the pause is immediate).
Can I cancel anytime?
On a monthly plan, yes, no commitment. On an annual plan you have a 12-month commitment, but you're always covered by the 7-day guarantee.
