What is an AI Chat?+
All interactions with a single contact during a 7-day cycle. Whether they write 1 or 50 times in the cycle, it counts as a single AI Chat. New cycle = new AI Chat.
What happens if I run out of AI Chats?+
We alert you at 70%, 80%, 90%, 95% and 100% of consumption. At 100% the bot pauses; you can buy recurring extra AI Chats (projected) or an instant top-up.
What currency do I pay in?+
Guatemala pays in GTQ with VAT included; the rest of the world in USD as export, tax-free. Currency is assigned automatically by country.
How does the 7-day guarantee work?+
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, we refund 100% of the subscription. It does not apply to professional services or activations already performed.
What happens when my cycle ends?+
If your billing ends and you haven't renewed, the bot keeps running for 24 hours to give you time. If you don't renew, it pauses. This grace does not apply to the AI Chat limit.
Can I cancel anytime?+
On a monthly plan, yes, no commitment. On an annual plan you have a 12-month commitment, but no lock-in beyond that period.
Is it worth the investment?+

Can I change plans?+
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. When upgrading, your new AI Chat limit and features apply from the next cycle.
